DECLARATION ON ACCESSIBILITY

This accessibility statement applies to the website www.vb-bachstein.de.

We endeavour to implement our website in accordance with the legal provisions of the European Accessibility Act (EAA). This corresponds to the extensive standard of the "Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1" (WCAG 2.1 to Level AA).

Preparation of the declaration and compatibility of the requirements

The accessibility statement was last updated on 27 January 2026. The accessibility assessment was carried out as part of a self-assessment. Based on this analysis, the website only partially fulfils the aforementioned requirements, as some content is not yet fully accessible.

Measures to improve accessibility

In order to improve digital accessibility, we have added the Accessibility assistant „Elementor Ally“ integrated. This supports users by:

  • Adjusting the font size

  • Contrast switching

  • Keyboard navigation

  • Focus display elements

  • and other user-side display options

As a result, we are already enabling many visitors with disabilities to use the site in a customisable way.
