We have no control over delays or cancellations due to icy and snowy conditions or gale-force winds. At that moment, your safety and that of our employees is of paramount importance to us and in order to be able to guarantee this at all times, we reserve the right to cancel individual lines or the entire service in extreme weather conditions.
In this case, there is no entitlement to reimbursement of travel costs by alternative means of transport.
