Authorisations

In Lower Saxony, the Landesnahverkehrsgesellschaft Niedersachsen mbH (LNVG), Kurt-Schumacher-Straße 5, 30159 Hanover, is responsible for licences in accordance with § 42 and § 43 PBefG. In Lower Saxony, the lower transport authority (district, region, independent city) at the company's place of business is responsible for authorisations in accordance with § 48 and § 49 PBefG.

In Bavaria, the Government of Upper Franconia, Ludwigstraße 20, 95444 Bayreuth, is responsible for authorisations in accordance with § 42, § 43, § 48 and § 49 PBefG.
